Good location adjacent to Zurich and supermarket and Zurich downtown, and the room was bright. There was a fully-fitted kitchen. There was a bathtub in the private bathroom.

Thank you for quite comfortable stay, having setting close to the old town. The people working here are amiable and nice. The room is exceptionally clean and bright in my phone, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is short walk to the church and bell, the train station, and shops.

One specific situation that happened to me was the issue with the door code upon arrival. Although it was an inconvenience, the staff quickly responded and provided alternative codes via phone and email until one worked.

I recently stayed at Visionapartments Cramerstrasse 2-6 and had a wonderful experience. My purpose for travel was leisure, and I stayed for a week. The location was perfect - close to the city center but still peaceful at night. The tram was conveniently accessible and there were plenty of charming cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, modern, and equipped with everything I needed.
